To parents of cast and crew: Recently, our parent production assistant, Kathy Weidenbaum, sent an email to every parent for whom she has an email address (as provided by your student).  In that email, she asked parents to answer an important question.  The question is whether your student has any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut free, etc).  When the parent group feeds the cast and crew from tech weekend thru opening night, we want to be 100% successful in providing good, healthy foods for all diets.   So please answer her question via email reply to her email to you, or by using Kathy's email address:   willowcomm@aol.com Thank you.

Work parties will now be taking place on Sundays instead of Saturdays. Due to the sudden change, we can be more lenient with attendance. I would still prefer you shoot me an email if you can't attend. Thank you for your cooperation.

We have another work party this Saturday. The last one had several issues that need to be addressed regarding behavior in general. This includes: If you are not able to attend, you need to email me (Taylor Balow) prior to Saturday. If you cannot attend the entire work party, you need to email me prior to Saturday regarding specific times of arrival or removal. You CAN NOT BE EXCUSED  unless specifically told by the stage manager. You will not be excused if you haven't emailed me, unless in the case of an emergency! All crew members that did not attend the last work party are no longer being considered for crew. Thank you for your cooperation, and I expect that this work party will go more smoothly then the last.

If you or someone you know is interested in joining crew, please put your name and email address on the sheet on the door of the auditorium. You will be emailed an application to print and fill out. Please turn it in to either Mr. Peerenboom or Taylor Balow (stage manager) by Thursday, 9/14. You and a legal guardian need to attend an informational meeting the same night.

ALL CAST ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND REHEARSAL FROM 9/11-9/16. STARTING 9/19 A MORE CHARACTER-SPECIFIC SCHEDULE WILL BE PUT OUT.
